               I always wondered, what is so much in a place to have a deep attachment to it. There was no other place where my heart desires to be in. There was never another place which felt so heart warming. BANGALORE.. You are jut amazing. The sun, the cold wind, the rain, the drizzle.. I love each and everything in you. You transformed the whole me.
         
          The most beautiful time in my life was when i was here. Today I am back here rejoicing those moments, I am lucky enough to be here with some beautiful people to have a time for me to treasure. Back here are the roads we went, the places we hanged out, the same food we had, the streets we walked, the nights we drove long without any destination.. Yeah.. it was these people who made Bangalore so special for me. I love you this place and i love you people for making the ME in myself.

          If ever i have a chance,i will find a way back to this place. Just to live that life..once more..

The most beautiful people I have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths.           Taking an adventure is something to be appreciated. A true adventure is not paragliding or scuba diving or climbing a mountain so high.. It's the decision to throw away something precious which you where holding on for so long or leaving a so called "white collar job" to achieve a passion or leaving everything u ever wanted,just  to achieve a dream. The world will give you endless advices. But go on with what your heart desires. Nobody is going to live your life,it's only YOU. The stories about reincarnation was always a topic of my interest. But it's something surprising to have a rebirth in the same life. An ordinary person, whom I never marked as so "IMPORTANT" fled away all the fear and uncertainties I faced. This is a kick start... Every bad day I came across in life just blessed me. No more time for what displeases me. I released the grip to hold tight and now the blisters are healed. I was not wandering, I was searching for this to happen to me. Incredible India !!!

I'm Indian. Just Indian. I'm not south Asian any  than Russians are north Asian.

I'm not ASIAN Indian or EAST Indian. There are one point three billion of us - we don’t need a cardinal direction, OK? It’s not our fault that Christopher Columbus got lost.

Sure, we love our states, but there’s strength in numbers - one out of every six human beings is Indian, so stop dividing us. The British already did that - once.

And we need to quit saying that we're not Indian because I wasn’t born here or sound like this or eat that. Our HEARTS are Indian.

We are feelers. We gave the world the romance of Bollywood films and the music of Ravi Shankar and Zubin Mehta, Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle, A R Rahman and Illayaraja and the allure of the Kama Sutra.

We are thinkers. We are great at math because we INVENTED numbers. And we're pretty good at letters, too. We are doctors and engineers and techies. And we mean business: We're the world’s third largest economy and the wealthiest ethnic group in America.

We are huge and efficient - India is all on one time zone. That way, everybody in the country is still late - but at the same time. We never invade anyone because we already have everything: chess, the ruler, the button, wireless communication, arranged marriage, flush toilets, steel, DEMOCRACY - all us, all India.

And you're welcome, world, for yoga, and elevating cricket into a multi-billion dollar sport, and making food so good that you sailed across the planet to come have some.

Our food is hot. Our country is hot. Our women are hot. Our men are... Lucky?

Where the world prays, we meditate. We practically invented religious tolerance and we gave you Mahatma Gandhi and pundits and gurus and karma and dharma and kismet and reincarnation. The motherland is magical and mystical. And no matter who you are, you can find yourself here… In Incredible India. Jai Hind!

This is my Tribute to one of the greatest Indians of all time, the one who has inspired the youth of India through his words, thoughts and power. Syrian Refugee Crisis

In summer of 2015, EU experienced the biggest influx of refugees since WW2. Why? because Syria has become the worlds largest source of refugees. Syria is located in the middle east, an ancient fertile land settled for at least 10,000 years. Since 1960 it has been led by the al-Assad family. It was a quasi dictatorship kind of democracy. During the spring, there were massive outbreaks and protests which led to the fall of many of the authoritarian regimes but the Assad refused to step down and started the most brutal civil war of the era. Syria is a place with different ethnicities and religious groups they fought each other during this changing coalitions. ISIS, a militaristic jihadist group used this an opportunity and entered this chaos with an ultimate motive to create a totalitarian Islamic caliphate. Very soon it became a very successful violent extremist organisation on Earth. This did not stop both the sides from committing to horrible war crimes, using chemical weapons, mass execution, torture on large scale and repeated deadly attacks on the innocent civilians. The Syrians were trapped in between the regime, rebel groups and the religious extremists. Over 4 million Syrians were displaced and seeked refugee in the camps of the neighbouring countries like Iraq, Egypt and Turkey - who are taking in almost 95 percent of the refugees. While the Arab countries of the Persian gulf closed their doors to them and accepted zero Syrian refugees. This gesture has been termed as greatly shameful by Amnesty International. No one was prepared for this even the UN and the world food program. They were not equipped for a refugee crisis of this scale.So, many refugee camps were over crowded and under-supplied. Cold, hunger and diseases were by products of these. They lost hope that things will get better for them any time soon. So many decided to take asylum in Europe. Between 2007 and 2014, EU has invested billions in weapons, defence systems and border patrols but not enough prep for the influx of refugees. As per EU, a refugee has to stay in the state they arrive in first. Which put enormous pressure in the border states that were already in trouble. Greece, who was in the midst of the economic crisis in the scale of Great Depression was not able to take care of so many people at once. the world needed to come together and act as one instead they became divided. Many states downright refused to take in any of the refugees, leaving the border states to struggle alone. Mare- Nostrum was a search and rescue mission deployed by the UK government to prevent people from drowning in the Mediterranean. the idea was solid at the time as the number of people braving the open sea would be few but in reality it was chaos. The perception of the entire crisis changed by  a photo - a photo that went viral and shook many hearts.The photo of an innocent Syrian boy lying face down in a Turkish beach. Germany proclaims that they will accept all Syrian Refugees and is preparing to accept 80000 by 2015 which was more than what the EU did 2014. it proved to be a nightmare and they had to shut down their borders. They then demanded EU for a wider solution. Over at the west more and more civilians supported the refugees through supplies like food, medicine and other materials. Most of the support only came for concerned citizen and not from any politicians. There are also concerns in the west about Islam, high birth rates and crime may collapse the social systems. Lets take this account and look at the facts. Lets assume that EU would accept the entire Syrian refugee's of about 4 million people this would only result in a rise of Muslim population from 4% to 5%.

This is not a drastic change and would definitely not make it a Muslim continent. Muslim minority is neither new nor to be afraid of. In some part of the population is low, so, they fear that the refuges's might overtake the natives. Birth rates, they are higher but they gradually drop as the standard of living and education increases. In Syria, the birth rates were going on a decline. As most of the Syrian nationals are educated. The fear of crime rates can also be dealt with this, the probability of an immigrant committing a crime is less than that of the native. Given an opportunity to work, they would start a business and integrate strongly in the work force of the society and in turn contributes to the societies welfare. The west badly needs professionals to sustain the Europe's ageing population. Another point made is those who carry smartphone does not need to be given refuge. Smartphone's are a way to guide them to a refuge camp with social media giving tips and rel time information. Would we loose our smartphone if we are to undertake a dangerous journey ahead with no idea of what is going to happen. ? It just proves they are like us, humans.EU is the wealthiest bunch in the world with well organised states functioning social systems, well laid out democracy and huge industries. It can handle the  challenge of refugee crisis with ease if it chose to. The same can be said about the entire western countries. While the tiny Jordan has taken over 600000 refugees. UK with 78 times the GDP of Jordan has said they will only allow 20000 across its borders over the next five years. US has agreed to accept 10000 and Australia 12000 people. Overall, things are getting better but the rate is not fast enough. We are the ones who are writing history now, let us be known as the people who opened their doors to people in shelters than the guys who hid behind the fences. We have to realise they are people who are fleeing from, death, destruction. These are people who are giving away everything they worked and lived for so that they can just be alive with the hope of a better future. They are people like us, accepting them into the society makes us richer and stronger. Its time to act and let us be the reason for someone else's smile. Let us unite and pray for the lost souls and extend a helping hand to the needy.

There are many organisation trying to meet the ends to provide support for the affected, those who want can help. The websites and the organisations helping can be found in Google or you can simply donate or volunteer for UN.

*PS: this is just my interpretation. I haven no intend of hurting anyone and this is just my personal opinion. Majority of the content and facts have been taken from a video i happen to watch about this and felt people should know what is happening around them.

the PRESENT !

As the dust settled, the lights faded, the roads became deserted. There i stood at a single point watching the transformation at NH 46 . A street lamp, a scooter, music and a glass of tea - thats all i had !!! as the Winds were caressing my face, the sky was pitch black like my mind ! Moon was nowhere to be found so was the answers to many of my questions. As the songs in my playlist shuffled so did the thoughts in my mind but then there were these few minutes where i was blank like the deserted highway !!! I was living in the present for those few minutes. I was not thinking about the past nor the future but just living in the present and i finally got a taste of what it feels like to live in the present !!! I enjoyed the dust settling down, i enjoyed each and every sip of that tea, i enjoyed the smell of air, i enjoyed the sight of moving lights, i enjoyed the blankness of the sky, i enjoyed the lyrics of my song and at that moment i felt everything connected to me, as if they were all revolving around me. As if the world was revolving around me. To sum it all - i enjoyed THE PRESENT !!!

Note: we are all consumed by the past and the future that we forget that the present exist. By the time that realization comes the present will be the new past. So, Live in the present and seize the moment - Carpe Diem !!! Enjoy the present cause at the end thats all that matters !!!

The following is an introduction i wrote for a friends program, the theme was female foeticide.

Why are you doing this !? Wat crime did she do to you, to deserve this. By committing this murder you are robbing her of her childhood, her dreams and her right to this beautiful world. Let her enjoy a walk in the rain, see the clear blue skies, the colours of a rainbow, the evergreen mountains, travel through the winding roads and enjoy a sky full of stars. What if your parents have done this to you ? Would u have had this light !? Would you have existed ? Doesnt she deserve a chance to grow stronger from her mistakes, to chase her dreams and to enjoy the gifts of nature. Let her be the dreamer of improbable dreams and the hoper of far flung hopes. Let her be everything you could not ! Give her a chance. Let her shine !!

Life

When we look outside and beyond ourselves, it's amazing how irrelevant our lives become. Nothing makes sense but on the other hand, everything seems simple and heartfelt. Life has a way of playing tricks on us, it shows us who we are and what we are made of. Playing with our emotions, requiring us to discover the journey ahead, and in some moments, unanticipated silence. On occasion, life fails to make sense and that idea seems alright as well. The insights we get from what we have been through so far, gives more meaning to life than anything else. However, everyone needs some sort of encouragement to keep moving forward, and find the calmness and freedom they've always dreamed of. I have found that reading or listening to quotes on life, it doesn't matter what situation you are in, it works in a positive and inspirational way.

 Encourage yourself to reach for your dreams and aspirations, because any change in your life will test you till your last breath. So give it a good fight with your head held high. 

Live life to the fullest !!!

This is LIFE !!!

This is life. People will screw you over. You'll fight with your family. You'll witness things that will change you forever. You'll blame new lovers for things the old lovers did. You'll loose your best friends you thought would always be there. You'll come to realise that everyone has a past. You'll cry, you'll laugh and you'll embarass yourself. But you'll find your very own moment where none of that matters. Where you can sit back and realize that crap happens to only those who can handle it and that is who you are, and that no one should want to change you, including yourself.

Solitude.
