Values !

There I was Midnight, on the bridge thinking about how far I have come, wondering  how far I have to go. Standing there wondering with the wind brushing through my hair, the sky pitch black like my mind. Shuffling through the music in my phone that gave me company in my solitude. I found her- my teacher, my mentor, my role model. The one who inspired me, the one who encouraged me to dream bigger, the one who made me who I am now. The one who was instrumental  in my growth and made sure that I always took the right path.  Tears rolled down my eyes as I had no clue what is happening with her or how she was doing. The job had left me with very little time to find her or was it me who did not give a fraction of my time to find her. At that moment in my chain of thoughts, It occurred again how far have I come and how far I  should go. All I am now was possible only because of her. As I browsed through my gallery I found pictures which were lost in madness and craziness, notes which were hidden in my race for glory and fame and contacts which were filed with unknown names. At that point I understood, I have failed to understand where I have come from and who made me what I am. At the stroke of midnight, standing there with a mobile in my hand and tears rolling down my eyes, I fought my conscious making right of all the wrongs I have done. I blamed each and every thing for turning me into something I am not but in fact it was just me. I chose to be this. In my race for this glory, fame and money. I never realised I lost all my values, my  ethics and my principles and in short I lost me. Everything she taught me, every bit of human being that she wanted me to be. Every bit of love that she infused in me… all gone. When I look back all I could think of are the stress, frustrations, deadlines, reports, shouting, and the backstabbing’s. I chose this over the values instilled in me. My guilt destroyed me. I became something that I never was, I lost my smile, my friends,my love,my passion, people who made me who I am , I lost everything and for what - to prove to everyone that I am someone I am not. My thoughts went back to my roots - the place I started, the person who made me believe that I am stronger than my problems and the one who told me to never change for the sake of change. Maybe I did not find time to call her cause I did not want her to know who I have become or what I have become. I decided at that moment, I should not let her belief in me - die in vain. With my hands trembling greater than the old rickety bridge I am on and with a mind pitch dark as the sky and the courage that came to me like a guardian angel from nowhere. I dialled the ten digits – the ten digits that kept me from reaching to her all this while. I could not understand which was louder my heartbeat or the telephone ring. The phone was ringing……

PS: Could not think about any other title :P

Incredible India !!!

I'm Indian. Just Indian. I'm not south Asian any  than Russians are north Asian.

I'm not ASIAN Indian or EAST Indian. There are one point three billion of us - we don’t need a cardinal direction, OK? It’s not our fault that Christopher Columbus got lost.
Sure, we love our states, but there’s strength in numbers - one out of every six human beings is Indian, so stop dividing us. The British already did that - once.
And we need to quit saying that we're not Indian because I wasn’t born here or sound like this or eat that. Our HEARTS are Indian.
We are feelers. We gave the world the romance of Bollywood films and the music of Ravi Shankar and Zubin Mehta, Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle, A R Rahman and Illayaraja and the allure of the Kama Sutra.
We are thinkers. We are great at math because we INVENTED numbers. And we're pretty good at letters, too. We are doctors and engineers and techies. And we mean business: We're the world’s third largest economy and the wealthiest ethnic group in America.
We are huge and efficient - India is all on one time zone. That way, everybody in the country is still late - but at the same time. We never invade anyone because we already have everything: chess, the ruler, the button, wireless communication, arranged marriage, flush toilets, steel, DEMOCRACY - all us, all India.
And you're welcome, world, for yoga, and elevating cricket into a multi-billion dollar sport, and making food so good that you sailed across the planet to come have some.
Our food is hot. Our country is hot. Our women are hot. Our men are... Lucky?
Where the world prays, we meditate. We practically invented religious tolerance and we gave you Mahatma Gandhi and pundits and gurus and karma and dharma and kismet and reincarnation. The motherland is magical and mystical. And no matter who you are, you can find yourself here… In Incredible India. Jai Hind!

This is my Tribute to one of the greatest Indians of all time, the one who has inspired the youth of India through his words, thoughts and power. The man who wanted us to Dream for the greater heights, the one who told us we need difficulties in life to enjoy the joy of success. The man who wanted us to make mistakes and learn from it. The missile man of India, the former President of India - the one who inspired millions, the one who worked for the million - Mr. APJ Abdul Kalaam. For you dear sir, I will be the change that I wish the world to be... That is my way of paying respect to you, sir. May your soul rest in peace.

Soul Mates - Bob Marley

Only once in your life, I truly believe, you find someone who can completely turn your world around. You tell them things that you’ve never shared with another soul and they absorb everything you say and actually want to hear more. You share hopes for the future, dreams that will never come true, goals that were never achieved and the many disappointments life has thrown at you. When something wonderful happens, you can’t wait to tell them about it, knowing they will share in your excitement. They are not embarrassed to cry with you when you are hurting or laugh with you when you make a fool of yourself. Never do they hurt your feelings or make you feel like you are not good enough, but rather they build you up and show you the things about yourself that make you special and even beautiful. There is never any pressure, jealousy or competition but only a quiet calmness when they are around. You can be yourself and not worry about what they will think of you because they love you for who you are. The things that seem insignificant to most people such as a note, song or walk become invaluable treasures kept safe in your heart to cherish forever. Memories of your childhood come back and are so clear and vivid it’s like being young again. Colours seem brighter and more brilliant. Laughter seems part of daily life where before it was infrequent or didn’t exist at all. A phone call or two during the day helps to get you through a long day’s work and always brings a smile to your face. In their presence, there’s no need for continuous conversation, but you find you’re quite content in just having them nearby. Things that never interested you before become fascinating because you know they are important to this person who is so special to you. You think of this person on every occasion and in everything you do. Simple things bring them to mind like a pale blue sky, gentle wind or even a storm cloud on the horizon. You open your heart knowing that there’s a chance it may be broken one day and in opening your heart, you experience a love and joy that you never dreamed possible. You find that being vulnerable is the only way to allow your heart to feel true pleasure that’s so real it scares you. You find strength in knowing you have a true friend and possibly a soul mate who will remain loyal to the end. Life seems completely different, exciting and worthwhile. Your only hope and security is in knowing that they are a part of your life.

Start believing in your Dream

Think when you were a kid,
Nothing was impsossible,
You put a blanket on your shoulders and you become Superman.
You climb a tree not knowing you will fall and you simply made it.
You just had an amazing idea and you made it happen because you believe in it.
You were then creative with a strong belief.
As you grow up things seems to be a litlle diffrent.
When you fail your xam, You think you can never make it, you are not brilliant enough.
When you have a briliant proposal then u think maybe its not the right time, yet.
When you want to start a business, you think maybe its not that easy.
When already in business.
U say someone said its not worth the risk. Then, when u have a brilliant idea that can create more jobs for poorer nations, can provide a better living for more people.
can make our nation proud, help the growth of our nation and can create a better world and you choke and you said I am not sure.
you are still creative but with more doubt.
Then years later you hear that someone has had the same idea.
what makes him different.
His action,
he puts his idea into reality.
his actions wins him recognjtion.
so, stop worrying and start living. Life is once, live your dream. Believe it and pursue it, be the child you once were.
start believing and acting on it !!!
